Children's meetings will be available Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 2:30 to 3:45. On Sabbath the children will have Sabbath School at 9:30.

The Youth division theme this year is "Habits of Effective Teens." Elder McComb will offer a beginning acrylic art class mornings and afternoons, and a fossil hunt is being planned. The youth will meet each morning, afternoon, and evening.

Louis R. Torres, D.Min. DHL is an internationally acclaimed speaker, author, trainer, and recording artist. Before giving his life to the Lord, Pastor Torres was the bass guitarist for the world famous “Bill Haley and the Comets.” Since devoting his life to the Lord’s work, Louis has worked as a pastor, evangelist, administrator, and trainer. Torres previously has served as Director of Training and Evangelism for ASI and Vice President for Amazing Facts. He and his wife, Carol, are co-founders of Mission College of Evangelism. He also served as president of Guam-Micronesia Mission. He is currently the Assistant to the President for Evangelism of AWR. Some of his authored books are, Gaining Decisions for Christ, Great Stories for Gaining Decisions, Bothersome and Disturbing Bible Passages, Demons or Angels, Elsa, etc. He has also appeared on the global 3 ABN television network station, and Hope Channel.

Roy Gane, Ph.D. is Professor of Hebrew Bible and Ancient Near Eastern Languages in the Old Testament department and Director of the Ph.D./Th.D. and M.Th. Programs at the Theological Seminary of Andrews University. He was born in Sydney, Australia, grew up mainly in Lincoln, Nebraska, and later moved to Angwin, California, where he graduated from Pacific Union College in 1977 with a B.A. in Theology and a B.Mus. in Piano Performance. He completed his M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley. He has studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and participated in archaeological expeditions at Nineveh (Iraq) and Tall Jalul (Jordan). Before coming to Andrews he taught at Pacific Union College. Roy is married to Connie Clark Gane, who is pursuing a Ph.D. in Mesopotamian Archaeology, teaching in the Old Testament department of the SDA Theological Seminary, and serving as curator of the Horn Archaeological Museum. They have a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth.

Lynelle Ellis is Associate Professor of Communication and Director of the Center for Media Ministry at Walla Walla University where she has taught since 2015. Prior to that she was Assistant Professor of Journalism and Communication at Southern Adventist University, where she served from 2009 to 2015. She has completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. except her dissertation. She is married to Daniel Ellis, and they have three teenage children.

Chad and Fadia Kreuzer work with Anchor Point Films, in which they produce the documentary series entitled, “Scripture Mysteries Documentary Series.” They also share seminars on health, the Bible, overcoming habits, the gut-brain connection, overcoming the media trap naturally as well as Bible prophecy. They have taught in Europe, Africa, Asia and throughout North America, and have traveled full time for the past seventeen years. Jorge Baute is pastor of the Hayden Lake and Rathdrum, Idaho churches, where he has served since the fall of 2015. Before coming to Northwest he served as a teacher at Ouachita Hills Academy and College, located in the state of Arkansas.  Prior to that, he served as a pastor in the Kansas/Nebraska Conference and the Carolina Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  He has also served as chaplain/Bible teacher at Enterprise Academy in the Kansas/Nebraska Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  He is the husband of a lovely southern belle, SueEllen, and the father of two wonderful grown up children, Joshua, and Sarah.

Terry McComb is a retired pastor and avid naturalist with an enthusiasm for discovering illustrations of the gospel in creation. He has had several articles featured in Creation Illustrated Magazine. He is also an artist and co-author of several books and DVDs on creation. He has led the youth division at the camp meeting in Hope, British Columbia for a number of years. He and his wife Jean have shared nature seminars in churches across North America, as well as in Lithuania and Australia. They presently reside in Cherryville, BC.
